Darker color shirts generally cost more to print due to the pretreatment process.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is generally the best option for higher volume orders. Pricing for this process is based on volume, number of print locations and the number of colors required on your design.

Like DTG printing, darker shirts are usually slightly more expensive for two reasons. First, darker apparel generally costs more to purchase from suppliers. Second, most customers prefer that darker colored shirts receive an underlay layer of ink which helps the vibrancy of your design. The exceptions would be if you prefer a faded look for your design.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the perfect option for professional looking polos, jackets or dress shirts. Some customers prefer embroidery on t-shirts but for the most part it is best suited for office wear.

Pricing for embroidery is determined by the size of the design. Multiple colors do not affect the price as our machines can support up to 15 different thread colors. One thing to keep in mind is the cost of digitizing for embroidery artwork. Digitizing is the process of turning your artwork into a format that our embroidery machines understand. We generally use file that end with .dst or .emb.

Promotional Products

We are part of the Sage Network of promotional product suppliers. This allows us to get any swag items that your imagination allows. Our prices are competitive with other providers and we can help guide you so you can meet your needs and timelines. For promotional products, it is important to plan ahead and give yourself enough time (generally 3-4 weeks) to meet your deadlines.

Fulfillment Services

Our fulfillment services offer you the opportunity to test your apparel ideas without significant financial commitment. You just create the design, post it online and wait for orders to come in. We have a variety of options, but in most cases you will want apparel that can utilize our direct-to-garment printing service.
